Price & Payment
Prices will be quoted at prices current at the time of their provision unless otherwise agreed in writing
A 10% deposit of the full quoted price may be required to confirm the booking
Group bookings (10 or more) may necessitate a 20% deposit of the full quoted price to confirm the booking
Balance in full is due no later than three days prior to the scheduled tour unless otherwise agreed in writing to pay on the day
2.5% transaction fee may be applied to payments made by credit card
Cancellations
No refund on deposit
Full refund less deposit if cancelled at least 7 days prior to tour
No entitlement to a refund for any cancellation notified within 24 hours of the tour departure time
For group bookings there is no entitlement to a refund for any people that aren’t present on the day if accounted for in final numbers and not notified 24 hours prior to the tour departure time
General
Individuals must be able to prove they are over 18 years to consume alcohol at the wineries
Martinborough Wine Tours reserve the right to refuse wine tastings to individuals who appear to be intoxicated
Martinborough Wine Tours reserves the rights to control, change or modify the number of activities per tour depending on time, season, or any other factor. Alcohol and cigarettes may not be consumed in our vehicles
Person causing a nuisance to other passengers may be removed from the vehicle Individuals are responsible for any damage inflicted on our vehicles or at the venues visited caused by their behaviour or negligence
A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged for any vomit or soiling in the vehicles. Every effort is made to provide the best touring experience, but no liability is accepted for any illness, injury, delay, inconvenience out of our control nor for loss or damage to personal items whilst on tour
Liability
Martinborough Wine Tours carries comprehensive insurance but is not liable for personal injury or property damage arising out of these activities by way of individuals negligence or behaviour
Martinborough Wine Tours is not responsible for any losses or additional expenses due to delays or alterations in air, land or sea travel due to inclement weather, acts of God, strikes, breakdowns, civil unrest, quarantine, or other circumstances beyond its control
Acknowledgment and Acceptance
In booking a tour with Martinborough Wine Tours the participant(s) acknowledge that they have read, understood and accept these conditions
